What is needed in order to actually make you a tax-exempt organization, is you must file the 1023 with the IRS. This can be a long and treacherous process when done from inexperience. You can count on us to use our experience to cut this process down significantly in time. We have developed an efficient, attorney-reviewed system to navigate this tax-exempt process.
We will teach you how to assemble a successful Board of Directors, your crew, the people you will be closely working with and who will be impacting the world with you. Along with you, these people are a part of the engine that can sink or swim a nonprofit. You can count on our experience to guide you through this process. With decades of combined experience leading and running different organizations, including a nonprofit for the past 17 years, we have been provided very unique and valuable experience. We’ve been through it all and can provide you invaluable wisdom right from the get go.
We will teach you how to plant the seeds that will generate recurring revenue using a “fee for service” model. When most people think of a nonprofit or a social impact enterprise, they think of charitable donations - continually asking for a hand out. This way of thinking keeps you in scarcity, it puts you in a position of always asking for money, rather than generating it. We will teach you how to strategically fundraise and how to procure a donor base, but donations are not to be relied upon as the sole source of revenue. Using a fee for service model can create recurring revenue for you that you can renew year after year.
Diversifying your revenue sources and thinking about your nonprofit organization as an Impact Enterprise - an enterprise or business that generates revenue for the sole purpose of making an impact - will keep you sustainable and expanding your impact year after year. A fee for service model will keep you and your team in abundance rather than scarcity.

We specialize in building revenue generating programs for our clients. We also teach clients to turn their already existing programs into potential revenue streams.
